Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BelieveWell4Life website, products, courses, membership and tools (the "Service"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. BelieveWell4Life is part of a family of wellbeing brands created by Dr Alten du Plessis (alongside FlourishIQ, FlourishTalk and InspireWell4Life), and is powered by FlourishIQ. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

1. Your account & orders

• You must provide accurate details and keep any login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Accounts and personalised products are personal to you. Don't share your login, downloads or access with people who haven't paid.
• You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your country, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. The products, courses & membership

• Personalised card decks & ebooks are generated with your name and delivered as time-limited download links.
• Courses are sold with a defined access period (typically 12 months from enrolment) unless stated otherwise.
• Membership is billed each period and gives the benefits described on the membership page. You may cancel at any time; you keep access to the period you've paid for.
• Group & branded editions let an organisation buy personalised copies or access for others, by email delivery or redeemable codes, as described on the relevant pages.
• We may add, update, retire or re-organise products and tools over time.

3. Purchases, pricing & payment

• Prices are shown on the relevant page. Card payments go through PayFast and are processed by FlourishTalk, the name on your statement. Prices are in South African rand.
• We may change prices from time to time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Licence & acceptable use

When you buy a product or access a course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own enjoyment and learning. You may not:

• copy, resell, sub-licence, publish or redistribute the content;
• share your account, downloads or access with people who haven't paid;
• use the Service unlawfully, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it.

5. Intellectual property

All content, tools, quotations, artwork, designs and branding are owned by BelieveWell4Life and its creator, Dr Alten du Plessis (and, where applicable, Stellenbosch University), and are protected by law. A branded edition's own logos and photographs remain the property of the organisation that supplied them. These Terms don't transfer any ownership to you.

6. Your content

Reflections and responses you enter into the tools remain yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display them back to you and operate the Service. We treat them as private and handle them per our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

We work hard to provide a reliable, high-quality Service, but we provide it "as is" and can't guarantee specific outcomes or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant product, course or membership in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or is used unlawfully. Where you've paid for access and have not breached these Terms, we'll honour the access you've paid for.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version; continued use of the Service means you accept the current Terms.
