No. We do not adjudicate between traditions or denominations, and nothing here claims to improve anyone’s standing with God. We offer tools for practices your tradition already holds.
We do not promise that. The research shows that the religious form of a practice deepens spiritual experience; it does not show it lifts mood more than a secular form. If you are struggling, please speak to a doctor or counsellor as well.

Only you. Your journal, practice journal and reflections are kept in your own BelieveWell4Life account and are not shown to other members. Because what you write can reveal your faith, we treat it as special personal information; see our privacy policy.
No. Flourish Through Faith is a separate course on the FlourishIQ platform, with annual access. See Courses.
If something has genuinely gone wrong (charged twice, charged in error, or you cannot use what you paid for), we put it right. A personalised deck that has already been made cannot be returned, and part of a membership period already paid is not refunded. The details are in our refund policy.
